1 measuring spoon is approximately 4.6 grams. Boil water freshly before each meal and allow to cool to about 50°C.
Fill the bottle with about half of the desired amount of water. Fill the measuring spoon loose and smooth it out with the back of a knife. Fill the required amount of powder into the bottle. Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Add remaining water and shake well again.
Before feeding check the drinking temperature (should be about 37°C/98.6°F). DO NOT HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE: DANGER OF OVERHEATING. DISCARD MIXED UNCONSUMED FORMULA AFTER 1 HOUR OF PREPARATION.
